Returns:
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@tonybestcosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Exchanges:
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at support@tonybestcosmetics.com within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the damaged or defective product, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of receipt of the returned product. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@tonybestcosmetics.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
