These rinses are acidic in nature which will balance the PH level of hair after using hard water which is alkaline in nature, simply understand that you pour this rinse starting from the root till the end of the strand.
Take one big cup of water and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and stir it well, you don’t have to add too much lemon juice otherwise water will become extremely acidic. You can make more in quantity depending on your hair length.

Take one cup of water in that add ½ tablespoon full of Apple cider vinegar mix it well and just uses it as we did with the lemon water.

Tea is easily available in every household in a pan take approximately 2 cups of water and add 1 tablespoon of tea powder in that, now you it for 5-7 minutes on a medium flame, once the water begins to boil switch off the gas and leave the black tea to cool for an hour then strain it and use it to rinse your hair.
