In today’s post, I will show you how you can use avocado and vaseline for hair growth, it is common for hair growth and avocado are extremely moisturizing and nourishing because it contains natural oils and polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acid which are good fat, the oil can be beneficial for all hair types, it is helpful for dry and dehydrated hair.
So avocado is really good for the hair as well as aloe, if you don’t have aloe you can use avocado because it is also a great source of biotin, and adding the b complex vitamin back into your diet or on your hair can also help to make your hair stronger and even healthy hair.

The mineral in avocado oil including potassium and magnesium can help your hair to look smooth and shiny, it may also help to prevent hair breakage.
Method Of Mixing & Using Avocado And Vaseline For Hair Growth
Get your avocado and blend it in a blender, if the avocado is very thick when blending you can add a little water, after you have blended the avocado you will strain the avocado paste, you and put the paste in the bowl.
You can add a little bit of hair oil to the avocado pastis it is a matter of choice most times the oil is good to add and mix both the oil and the avocado paste.

After mixing the avocado paste and oil apply the paste to your hair and make sure it goes on every strand of the hair so that every strand is going to be saturated, hydrated, and moisturize.
After you have applied the paste on your hair cover your hair with a shower cap or head bonnet and wait for about 20-30 minutes.
While waiting get your Vaseline and put it inside a bowl and add a little bit of oil and mix them together, you can olive oil and mix it.
After you have waited for 20-30 minutes wash the avocado paste that you applied to your hair with lukewarm, remember to wash it off with a shampoo and then apply the Vaseline that you have mixed with the olive oil.
