Today am going to talk about the common hair problem and which is having thin flat hair, this can happen because of some health issues styling damage, or genetics.

But don’t worry there are ways to increase the volume and density of your hair I’m going to tell you about some ayurvedic and yogic methods to help.

1. Ayurvedic Aspect

Mixing 2 tablespoons of a la powder with 3 tablespoons of water or coconut oil to form a paste and apply the paste to your hair and scalp and leave it on for an hour before washing it off.

Balasana helps to increase blood flow to your face and hair and this can improve hair health.

Adhonmukha Svangsana which helps to relieve tension in the neck and scalp and promotes hair growth.

Sarvangasana helps to improve thyroid health which is important for healthy hair to get the best results.

3. Diet

For healthy hair, you must have a diet rich in protein, iron, vitamin C, fatty acids, and B vitamins, good food sources of these include leafy greens, oranges, strawberries, bell peppers, kiwi, flax seeds, chia seeds, whole grains, and lentils.
